A través de Twitter, los trabajadores indicaron que aprovecharon la cuarentena del establecimiento (causada por el coronavirus) para darles ese recorrido a las aves, que están próximas a la época de anidación (construcción de nidos).
“Si bien este puede ser un momento extraño para nosotros, estos días son normales para los animales en Shedd. Nuestros cuidadores les brindan nuevas experiencias para que los animales exploren y expresen sus comportamientos naturales”, escribió el acuario en su publicación, que ya tiene miles de ‘me gusta’.
El acuario añadió que estarían actualizando a todos sus seguidores sobre el proceso de anidación de los pingüinos y que, además, harían continuas publicaciones “de animales diferentes”.
