Padre de familia perdió 150 kilos y ahora luce irreconocible

Dos años después de su transformación, Zach Moore tuvo que someterse a una serie de cirugías para eliminar el exceso de piel.

Luego de llevar una vida llena de consumo de alimentos poco saludables, grasas saturadas y sin realizar ningún tipo de actividad física, Moore decidió transformar su vida y optar por una cirugía de ‘bypass’, en la que los médicos redujeron el tamaño de su estómago para facilitar y agilizar la pérdida de peso de forma saludable, informó Upsocl.

In 2014 I was MORBIDLY OBESE. I have lost 315 pounds since then with the help of gastric bypass (2014) and skin surgery (2016) and my doctors have cleared me of obesity, sleep apnea, diabetes, chronic headaches, no more prescription medications and my quality of life has went up 1000+! I should be dead, but I had other plans and took control of my life and overcame obesity. I am a survivor. En un total de 18 meses perdió el peso, dejó de fumar, de consumir alimentos y bebidas azucaradas, hizo ejercicio y a decidió tener una vida más saludable, teniendo en mente a su hijo de 8 años y a su esposa, pues de no haber tomado una decisión radical, su salud se habría deteriorado rápidamente.

Para mantenerse motivado e inspirar a otras personas con sobrepeso u obesidad, decidió compartir su historia y proceso de transformación a través de una cuenta de Instagram, en la que ahora se pueden ver fotos del antes y el después, que tanto para él como para sus seguidores resultó impactante.

My photographs keep getting reported and removed. Not sure why but I think someone may have thought my extra skin was my penis. Hope this corrects it. I have lost 315 lbs in 2 1/2 years and have battled back to save my life. I should be dead. Never give up on life when it gets you down or seems hopeless.
