La publicación hizo una clasificación en cinco categorías: pioneros, titanes, artistas, líderes e íconos, y cada una de ellas incluye a personas que han “inspirado a otros positiva o negativamente”.

Dentro de los pioneros aparece Caitlyn Jenner y los actores Lin-Manuel Miranda, Aziz Ansari y Gina Rodriguez.

En el grupo de los titanes encontramos al actor Dwayne Johnson, más conocido como ‘La roca’ y la productora Kathleen Kennedy.

En la categoría de los artistas aparecen actores como Priyanka Chopra, Charlize Theron, Mark Rylance, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Oscar Isaac, Idris Elba, Melissa McCarthy, Taraji P. Henson, Gael García Bernal, además de cantantes como Ariana Grande y Kendrick Lamar. 

Leonardo DiCaprio, Adele, Nicki Minaj, Alejandro González Iñárritu y la modelo Karlie Kloss son algunos de los que se incluyen como líderes.

Cabe resaltar que entre los latinos del listado aparece el actor Gael García Bernal y el director mexicano Alejandro González Iñárritu.

Por el contrario, en esta ocasión no se incluye a ningún colombiano, pues años anteriores han hecho parte del listado el presidente Juan Manuel Santos y Juanes.
